[CSG Overview]

CSG Star Grading by Coffee Boom Boom Boom evaluates roasted coffee objectively under specialty standards. Our top-tier jury focuses on discovering the best flavors without competitive deductions.

2. Eligible Entries ： All varieties, processes, and roast levels are welcome.

[Specialty Showcase]

Outstanding entries will be professionally frozen and showcased at the 2026 Taiwan International Coffee Show, sharing your masterpieces with tens of thousands of coffee enthusiasts on-site.

We will present prestigious single-category awards at the Coffee Show:

1. Best Process: Best Washed, Best Natural, Best Honey
2. Best Style: Best Blend
3. Best Roast Level: Best Very Light Roast, Best Light Roast, Best Medium-Light Roast, Best Medium Roast, Best Medium-Dark Roast
4. Best Origin: Best Asia, Best Central America, Best South America, Best Africa
5. Special Awards: Jury Prize, Roasting Performance of the Year, Best Packaging & Brand Design

Participants are kindly reminded to submit entries in their original retail coffee bags, as we feature a Best Packaging & Brand Design award.

星級評鑑是由 Coffee Boom Boom Boom 建立的客觀評估系統。我們邀請頂尖評審團，以精品咖啡的最高感官標準評鑑您的熟豆，不進行競賽式的扣分，發掘咖啡最美的風味。

評鑑表現優秀的作品，我們將採取「專業冷凍保存」。並於 2026 台北國際咖啡展現場與現場數萬名咖啡愛好者一同分享您的傑作！

我們將在咖啡展現場舉辦單項大獎頒獎典禮：

1. 最佳處理法 ： 最佳水洗豆 (Washed)、最佳日曬豆 (Natural)、最佳蜜處理 (Honey)
2. 最佳配方 (Best Style)： 最佳配方豆 (Best Blend)
3. 最佳烘焙度： 最佳極淺焙、最佳淺焙、最佳中淺焙、最佳中焙、最佳中深焙
4. 最佳產區： 亞洲豆 (Asia)、中美洲豆 (Central America)、南美洲豆 (South America)、非洲豆 (Africa)
5. 特別獎 (Special Awards)： 評審團大獎 (Jury Prize)、年度最佳烘焙表現獎 (Roasting Performance of the Year)、最佳包裝與品牌設計獎 (Best Packaging & Brand Design)
